It's a very different type of episode this week as it is more of a video game review!  Ring Fit Adventure is an RPG where you use exercises to traverse across worlds and defeat monsters.  It teaches you great fitness and nutrition tips while providing a serious workout!

Mike has been playing this game for the past 50 days and intends to keep playing it.  Is it something you should try?  What was the hardest workout?  How difficult is it?  Is there a story to the game?  Is Nintendo going to sue us for naming our episode after their game?  All except one of these questions will be answered in the episode!
