When Bob was just 18, he had an epiphany: he decided that for one week, he'd eat healthy. For him, it was a simple decision, an experiment that turned out really well.
And the results he experienced when he replaced fast foods with real whole foods led him to study chiropractic, kinesiology, acupuncture, clinical nutrition, and functional medicine.
