I'm a 24-year working mama in school with 2 little ones, and on Thursday I'm getting a breast augmentation and lift!!! I'm extremely excited but have not told anyone I work with or really anyone except my 3 closest people.

I decided to go through with this and not let fear of other's judgment affect my decisions! However, I'm still nervous people (especially my in-laws) are going to think I'm "loaded" even though I have always been excellent at budgeting and finances, and work for everything I have.
