221: It's Not You, It's Me

Listen Later

On today’s episode, Dana and I answer a listener question!! Q from listener, Lindsey: I work out of the home long hours and by the time I’m home I am exhausted. I want to make more time for myself but I’m so tired and find it challenging to workout, eat right, self care. I’m tired do I need a career change or is it just me? The amount of daily pressures we have upon us can feel suffocating. It can be difficult to maintain a healthy outlook. If we are feeling challenged, it might not necessarily be the career we are in that is causing us to feel exhausted. Our advice? Journal for a few minutes everyday, talk to someone you trust and consider if there is something deeper going on that might be impeding your ability to cope with stress at this time. On this episode we dive into: The power of journalling The importance of having someone to talk toReal life in times of Covid-19- Dana gets an interruption and needs to attend to her kids at schoolAn invitation!
