I am starting my second 100 day challenge on Friday, July 1 and want to invite you to join me! I know it's a little short notice but 1) that's just less time to talk yourself out of it ;) and 2) you can start your own 100 day challenge ANY DAY you want!
This challenge isn't about me and what I'm doing, it's about YOU becoming who you want to be by making and keeping small commitments to yourself.
If you want to change your mindset and pick up a daily journaling practice that will radically improve your mindset then you can find my self-guided Alignment Journaling Course here! This course will teach you how to view yourself as who you want to be, align your mindset with that version of you and mentally rehearse the actions needed to live it out in your daily LIFE! Hint: why I journal out that method every-single-day.
My personal 100 day commitment:
1. Daily Alignment Journaling to fill one page.
2. Daily expressed appreciation to my husband.
3. Daily expressed appreciation to my kids.
4. Daily physical touch with my husband. (especially entered the newborn stage!)
5. Daily screen limits with my phone of 4 hours a day or less! (No nighttime scrolling while nursing my baby, this goal keeps me committed to getting my work done each day and staying intentional every time I pick up my phone!)
