I am excellent at doing what I want and you can be, too.

You'll feel better, rest deeper and stay out of the "I don't feel like it" trap that dilutes the ideas of what you want in the first place.

Truthfully, you don't want to do a lot of things that you tell yourself you "want" because you're following a feeling rather than an identity for yourself.

You don't want to yell, even if you feel like yelling.

You don't want to skip the workout, even if you feel like sitting on the couch.

You want emotional FREEDOM

You want physical STRENGTH 

You want mental CLARITY 

You want spiritual PEACE
