Are you counting yourself out even before someone else does? The systems we live in frequently work to limit our potential, but too often we do their work for them by counting ourselves out before anyone else has the chance.

I explore the ways we pre-reject ourselves, both in obvious ways like not applying for opportunities, and in sneakier forms that masquerade as being practical or realistic. By recognising these patterns, we can begin making different choices and stop doing the system's work of limiting ourselves.
