Today's morning message from the Queen of Pep Talks is a reminder that you *COULD* do it all by yourself, but why would you want to? Trying to do it all by yourself will have you feeling resentful and disappointed. You are worthy and deserving of getting the help you need; whether that's a coach or mentor to help you learn new skills; or asking a partner to help out around the house to take some responsibility off your plate.  There are people out there to help you. You don’t deserve to do life alone; be willing to ask for the help you need.   XO
