Reframe your relationship with yourself and see yourself as in growth (let go of past misconceptions about who you thought you were)

Know that you matter – there is a reason you are alive, even if you can’t see it

Stop saying “I’m just…”

Add the divine to your self-view

Set a personal mantra

Stop comparing yourself to others; thrive and relish how you are different

Core belief that you matter

Do a daily gratitude, if necessary target where you are being harsh towards yourself

Catch yourself when you are wishing you were someone else and let go of the grass-is-always-greener effect

Remember that everyone has a struggle

Celebrate the champagne moments about yourself and your life more frequently

Take more action

Stop apologizing for yourself or your mistakes

Pay attention to your body language – evoke habits that promote positive body language

Take the pressure off

Smile more

Remember what matters and prioritize that

Let go of caring about what other people think

I want to share with you the great news. I got a job as a counselor in GA with a really good organization.

It took flying over night to make it to several interviews, phone conferences and driving cross country to start at new job as soon as possible. I am still in the process of settling as I am staying at friends houses.
