Steve Rees is a retired registered nurse and harpist who discovered just how powerful music is for healing when he started playing the harp for his patients in the hospital. He teaches about the incredible links between ancient Biblical text and certain sound frequencies that have healing effects on our body and environment. There are specific frequencies we can tune into in order to “tune up” our body for better health including 396Hz, 417Hz, 528Hz, 639Hz, 741Hz and 852Hz. We also have a good discussion on how “new agers” have hijacked these concepts in a way that makes Christians leery, but Steve demonstrates so beautifully how all glory be to God for the way He created and intended these sound frequencies to work for us in spirit, mind and body.
