Today's morning message from the Queen of Pep Talks is a reminder that you get to leave yesterday in the past. Stop allowing one day to turn into days, weeks, and months of self-sabotaging. One "off" day doesn’t matter. Realize that yesterday is yesterday and you can leave it there without creating or carrying any negative feelings into the next day. You’re allowed to have an off day and wake up the next day and make choices that are in alignment with who you are and where you’re desiring to go.  Leave yesterday where it belongs, behind you. XO
