Projectors!! I'm (Aimee) back on the microphone after a major life event...I welcomed a baby boy into my life in December last year. 

So this first episode back is rather fitting, as I share how incredibly difficult it can be to step back into life after ANY major life event, whether it be from the highest highs or the lowest lows.

Projectors are sensitive and for us, it's all about the slowness we should allow ourselves when morphing back into life..we seriously get no medals for just jumping back into life and turning into a frazzled mess.
