I’ve struggled to set boundaries my whole life and people often walk all over me. I've done a LOT of work on myself to unlearn these unhelpful beahviours including cutting out my toxic friends who took advantage of me. Recently an old friend has moved to my city but things feel different, and I can feel the blame creeping in from her that I am not doing enough in our friendship. Please help me before it blows up!
