Sounds bad. Is good. When we work less and make more, we can scale. And there's always someone willing to pay our prices. A good time to know when it's time to raise those prices are when you're feeling burnt out and overworked.Ā
In the Business of Baking, Corrie covers a lesson she learned this week on mitigating problems, alleviating order fail points, and eliminating bad clients. We talk about member Lori who reworked her entire business model to get her business to work for her - not against her. It's awesome.
