#27 - Yoga with Dani: Danielle Griffin on Yoga to improve Running and Sports Performance

In today's episode, Seán and Eric are humbled by the self-proclaimed 'travel agent for guilt trips' as they have Danielle Griffin on to talk about what they have neglected most in their training plans: Stretching.

Danielle Griffin is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist who is trained in many types of yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Sports, Prenatal, Kids, Babies in Yoga Medicine) and also trained in Myofascia Release Techniques which adds to her sports classes to loosen up & recover faster. She is a Sports Yoga Teacher and additionally has completed Sports Yoga Training with Sarah Ramsden (Ryan Giggs Yoga teacher). With Sports Yoga Training she can design cross-training classes to work on mental focus, strength, mobility, breathing, relaxation, flexibility to enhance stamina, endurance and prevent injury. Sports Yoga is designed as a complement to your given sport give you more ease to move and recover quicker and improve your performance, mindset, ability and enjoy a longer career.
