Since 1992, The Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon has been one of Australia’s largest half marathon events, taking in the best of Sydney’s sights. Now, in its 30th year, say hello to HOKA Runaway Sydney Half Marathon. With an updated half-marathon course and an all-new 10km course, the best of Sydney’s city streets are yours to enjoy on Sunday 21 May 2023. Entries are now open at runawaysydneyhalf.com.au

Adelaide Invitational Ellie Sanford 2:01.18 just edging Georgia Griffith in the Women’s 800m, while Lachlan Cornelius won the men’s 1500m in 3:49.07
Brielle Erbacher 9:47.95 took out the 3000m Steeplechase while Ben Buckingham set a meet record of 8:25.80. Lachlan Raper just edged Riley McGown in 1:47.73 to win the 800m that featured Matt Centrowitz, while Jude Thomas lead an all-Queensland podium to win the 5000m in 13:48.

Holly Campbell joins Brad to chat about being selected for the Cross Country World Championship team as she prepares to race this Saturday. Holly recaps her strategy going into the race and how it played out going against some of the biggest names on the running scene.
Holly talks about her background growing up with her twin sister Paige, overcoming multiple injuries and finding motivation from coach Jeremy Roff, then going into her typical training week. She talks about her performance goals for the World Cross Championships and her plans for the rest of the year, touching on her current personal bests and interests outside of running.
