Today, we have another special mash-up episode put together to celebrate my third (!) year of podcasting. It's hard to believe so much time has taken place since we first launched. But when I look around my life it's crazy to see how much has changed in that short period.

As all of our lives continue to evolve in new and interesting ways, first and foremost, I'd like to thank you all for making this podcast a consistent part of your routine. We all have so many choices of what to watch or listen to, things to do and places to be. But, 12 million downloads later, it's also easy for me to see this community for what it is – dedicated to their health and that of their families, curious to learn more and grow as individuals, loving to themselves and the people around them, and ultimately, tuned in for the greater good of all.
