James started in TV and production before switching careers, largely due to his wife, who was already working within the coaching industry. However, he was seeing her burn out. He thought there had to be a better way and he wanted to help. There are so many people who passionately want to achieve something, but they almost always get stuck in their own way.

James helps people achieve what they want, not what they think they can have. There’s a lot of unconscious incompetence in people who spend a lot of time outside of the present moment. They’re unaware of where their real opportunities lie because they’re so “in the clouds.”

James likes to analyze the person as a business. And he looks at everything from where you’re spending your energy, to what brings you joy, and gathers as much information as he can to help build a roadmap that leads to a more fulfilled (and stress-free) life. It’s not selfish to put yourself first!
