"Ever since I was a kid, I wanted a girlfriend. I always had stress about who I would marry one day. It's been on my mind since I was about 4. Growing up, middle school and high school were very difficult for me. I was behind everybody else. I was home schooled and social normality was foreign to me...I was very much immature and struggled with relationships my entire life and only recently came out and admitted that I am in fact a sex addict. I've just been trying to learn more about that and how I can lead a more healthy normal life and get control over the compulsion. How do I deal with this never ending compulsion to marry, to settle down, to find a partner to share my life with and not be so crippled and broken when that doesn't happen or it doesn't go my way?"
