Like many of us, Sarah Kleiner has been around the diet block on her journey to get healthy. She’s been vegan; she’s been carnivore; she’s been a fitness instructor and - while she experienced some improvement over the years - there was still weight that wouldn’t budge, hormonal issues, and things that were off even though she was “ doing everything right”.
It wasn’t until she began applying circadian and quantum biology practices that her weight and hormones balanced out and she was able to conceive a baby naturally in her 40’s after 2 miscarriages and 2 failed rounds of IVF.
In this week’s episode Sarah shares what changes helped her the most and which ended up crashing her system. She offers great insight about light including something we haven’t talked about before: lux!
