👉 LESSON #3: Communication is the key to long-term success. When we work with teams, there tends to be a diffusion of clear communication.  This leads to issues that need to be resolved, rework that needs to happen, and lack of real clarity for your direct reports. Taking a moment to clarify your intent before tasking people can make all of the difference in performance.
