Are the Seahawks making the right moves in free agency to this point? Seattle focused heavily on adding to or maintaining the defensive line this past week, and cut Jarran Reed in the process after they were unable to find a trade partner. Carlos Dunlap and Benson Mayowa will be returning and the Seahawks also added Kerry Hyder on the edge. Al Woods is returning to the Seahawks and he earned the nickname 'thigh arms' from Clinton a couple years ago after he frequently headlined the 'IN' column for some of his overlooked plays. Chris Carson is also returning to the Seahawks on a team-friendly deal.
