Hey Sister!

Have you been putting everyone's needs but yours on the to-do list? Has this left you feeling resentful, irritable, and just plain worn out? While it's imperative for us to be loving servants to our husbands, kids, and others...if we neglect our own mind, body, and spirit it turns out we're neglecting our TEMPLE that the Holy Spirit lives in.

In today's episode, we discuss how the Lord indwells in us, and we are living temples for God. We dive into recognizing this fact and beginning to reflect firstly on what the temple in the Old Testament was like and how it was cared for, and how we can apply those learnings to our own self today.
