Today on the podcast, Gaby speaks with one of her mentors, Ali Ofstedal. 

Ali is an intuitive and quantum healer, evolutionary astrologer and mentor. Her passion lies in guiding women back into alignment. Ali is trained in Shamanism, Intuitive and Quantum Healing, Evolutionary Astrology, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Attachment Theory.  She offers tailored 1:1 sessions based upon the needs of her clients and the current energy climate. She also has her podcast, Soul Archaeology, a space for connection, resonance, witnessing and learning. With weekly astrological energy updates, embodied conversation, and channeled teachings, I look forward to taking intentional time each week to listen. 

I first came to Ali in Summer 2021 for her womb healing offering. I felt so bright and warm and myself the following weeks after our session, and so seen. Later that Fall, after having a traumatic experience with a powerful psychic, I was in need for deep support. I signed up for Ali’s 3 month mentorship container, and to this day work with her on pretty much a monthly basis. From energetic tune ups, to navigating difficult family and ancestral healing, to calling in Connor, she is one of my go-to’s for support, mentorship, and healing. I am so grateful for Ali and her work.
