It's an unfortunate reality that most people struggle to love themselves. In the type of World that we live in, which is predominately focused on externals, it can feel like there are 100 reasons a day to feel like we're not good enough and seemingly minimal proof that we are lovable. Let alone positive messaging or encouragement for an inner knowing that we are inherently unconditionally lovable, free from anything we do or possess. So with the odds against us, how the heck are we supposed to learn to love ourselves and release the constant striving to be enough?

On this Identify & Heal Solo episode I offer some steps to begin finding and breaking down the barriers within that keep us from self love. Exposing the core false beliefs that keep us feeling beholden to a life of constant critique, judgement, and disapproval and opening ourselves to the truth of who we really are which are infinite, Divine Feminine beings with immense capacity for love, joy, and acceptance. Then I share some ways to build those self esteem and confidence muscles which can become our daily practice to choose love over rejection of the self.
