Recently I went live on Instagram to help you figure out if your mindset is the reason why you aren't seeing your desired growth in business.


Because here is the thing, every day you are having thoughts about your business and your success (for example, I didn’t sign up another client yesterday, my business isn’t growing, I’m broke, I can’t afford that). 


Those thoughts are then creating an emotion (anxiety, fear, worry, feelings of lack). Those emotions create more of the same thoughts about how you AREN’T at the place you want to be. 


And then the combination of those thoughts and emotions, firing up every day, send out a frequency that is saying “give me more things that will make me feel like my business isn’t growing"  - so that could look like a consultant in your team quitting, a client returning their product, another months of not seeing the results you desire. 

And the pattern continues. 

You stay in the same spot, thinking the same, feeling the same, living the same experience.

When you actually start to pay attention to this pattern, it starts to make sense why:

>> your business has remained around the same level for months or years 

>> the same kind of people reach out to work with you  

>> your income stays the same
