I’m so excited to tell you about Root to Crown, an 8 week live course and foundational evolution of our three energy centers - Root, Heart, and Crown - with myself, Gaby Azorsky, and guest experts.

In Root to Crown, you are held through seasons of change, coming into your own being, body, heart and voice, with a spiral map back to you - your center. This is a soft home for landing with spiritual and tactile knowledge and tools; creating space for you to feel safe in your being. From here, we can honor the cycles within and around of compost, seed, grow, and fruit. Root to Crown provides comprehensive resources and tools that are spiritual and mundane, grounded in my core practices and learnings.

With weekly live calls, home practices, community, and guest teachers who are my mentors and friends, this space is soft and earth-held. Receive the becoming of yourself.
