As a first gen professional, Suzy Cintron (she/her) is no stranger to taking career risks. After dedicating her early career to the nonprofit sector, she ditched a graduate program and pivoted into HR with little direction and no mentorship. She has since landed a role she loves in the financial services industry and hopes to inspire others to embrace change and redirection - even if it means starting at square one.

A proud and passionate Newark, NJ native, Suzy spends her free time with her rescue pup and her partner. She also is a national officer of Sigma Lambda Upsilon, a historically Latina Sorority dedicated to empowering the next generation of women of color on college campuses.
