In her early twenties, Kirsti Pratt learned firsthand the importance of an integrated, individualized health program. I competed as an athlete on American Ninja Warrior, and she was working 60 to 70 hours a week. Running on empty —literally and figuratively— she soon hit rock bottom and burned out. Struggling with G.I. issues, self-confidence, worthiness, depression, anxiety, mental fog, codependency, and physical aches and pains, she turned her focus inward to begin unpacking the underlying causes of her discomfort. Through her studies with the world-renowned CHEK Institute, she began a deep healing journey that originated from within. She recognized that her lifestyle choices, habitual behaviors and belief patterns that were holding her back from reaching her true potential. She was able to see the common thread woven into these patterns, gaining a deeper understanding of the importance of balance and integration between her mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual health.
