We are big believers in positive thinking, and we do believe that we can accomplish "most anything" we set our minds to. However, we likely cant accomplish "everything" we set our minds to, no matter how much we think we want to! That can lead us to feeling defeated, and often leads other's to feel let down by us, too.
On today's episode, Cody and Jess share how they have gone from feeling pressured to say yes to everything, to now feeling more confident to gracefully say "no". They went from being master to-do list builders to being more intentional on what they put on their lists. They realized that every time they said yes to something or someone, they often had to say no to one of their other priorities. Listen in as they share tips on how to get clear on your priorities and how say no, without damaging relationships.
