Emmalee’s story is incredible—she was diagnosed with lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, put on meds that made her feel even worse, and was told there was nothing she could do. Instead of accepting that, she walked out of her doctor’s office and started healing herself through nutrition, strength training, and a pro-metabolic approach.
