I’m hosting an event with my incredible friend Dr.Sarah Oulahen Turner ND. Our mission is to bring women in the community together to optimize their health and confidence in their bodies.I have had the feelings and the whispers telling me to host an event for so long now and finally I listened and tickets are available online. Do you have signs or feelings of things that you want to do or become? I know it's so easy to ignore those signs when in fact they could be life changing things. We often play it small and stay inside our comfort zone but when we allow ourselves to grow and evolve and to be uncomfortable and do scary things that also feel so good, it can be life changing. Join us Saturday May 11th 2019 from 3-5pm at Edithvale Community Centre in North York.
