We start off this episode with some sad news about Sean "Ace" O'Connor (the former founder of Superhero Scramble which was a great event that was unfortunately short lived due to bad business practices).

After addressing that new we learn about Hip Dysplasia at the Hip Hop 5k/10k which was a great event put on by Emily Cioffi!
