In this episode, I talk about why you shouldn't try to "stop procrastinating".

  1. Procrastination is a major struggle for everyone
  2. Without "doing the thing" you'll never see a result
  3. You'll just keep struggling, it affects your self-esteem and confidence which then affects your willingness to do stuff and try
  4. When we procrastinate it may be because we don't feel that we are capable or "good" at the thing
