This week I am excited to welcome back a good friend of mine, Charlotte!
Charlotte is a British-born Equine & Dog photographer located in Georgia. Having successfully run a profitable photography business, she uses what she has learned throughout her journey to help other business owners achieve the same.
In this episode, we dove into what it takes to create a 5-figure client.
And everything points back to presentation and customer experience. People get skeeved out by the word "sales" and it's time we normalize it and remove the sleazy car salesman stigma from it. Personally, I love to be sold to. The idea of browsing clothes rack after clothes rack makes me sick to my stomach. But let me walk into a store where the associates cater to their customers and make suggestions on things I should buy? Sign me up!
The same is true for our portrait clients. They become easily overwhelmed by which portraits to choose, and which artwork to choose. And this is where we come in, without suggestions on what size and piece will look best where.
Take a listen, and let me know what your takeaways are!
