He was also the 1st nutritionist in the WNBA and did groundbreaking research on women, their specific needs, and how to help them perform their best while maintaining hormonal balance.

He trains 1,000s of health professionals every year on how to prescribe nutrition and nutrients instead of drugs. He is also the former owner of Iron Man Magazine and was inducted into the Natural Bodybuilding Hall of Fame. Doug the Formulator and his 3x Ms. Olympia wife, Hilary, coach high-achieving couples.
