This week's guest is Niamh Boggan (@Body_Feels) who teaches Yoga for team and corporate groups as well as being a cupping therapist and Reiki Practitioner.

After graduating with a Sports Science degree, Niamh found her way to Yoga. Niamh talks bout her journey and then talks in-depth about the benefits of Reiki, establishing a morning routine, meditation, mental health, positive affirmations and a lot more.
