For our last regular episode of the year we wanted to have a guest on to talk about the Spartan World Championships in Abu Dhabi!

We wanted a foreign athlete on the show but were worried about potential language barriers. When we saw that Nikolaj Dam took third place in the beast, was on the Danish team with Ida and Leon who took third, and participated in the 3K we were excited to reach out to him!

We discuss his start in OCR, his successful weekend in Abu Dhabi, thoughts on the 3K format, adventure racing, and much more!
