Dan pointed to his unique approach to leadership… and specifically coaching and delivering performance reviews at Green Cargo… as a key way to motivate people in the RIGHT way.  Well… fast forward a few years… and Stefan has written his own book called “Intrinsic Motivation - Learn to LOVE your work and succeed as never before.” So we’re going to dig into that!
