Are you ready for transformation? I’ve got my favorite yogi, bodyworker and self-love body guru Jessica Bridge, who you may also know as one of my Weathervane Witches, on the podcast today — and she’s here to go deep.

Jessica recently completed the Finisher’s Challenge, a 4-day, 130-mile wilderness ruck, and this endurance challenge was a true awakening for her. As she says, this wasn’t just a physical effort; it was an experiment in having an attitude of curiosity and presence when faced with complete unknowns every step of the way.
