Clint answers Diane's question... I've been running my dance studio for 4 years now and find it hard to keep great teachers. There is no indication that anything is wrong and then I get a message or phone call saying they are not coming back and it's effecting my business. Students are leaving and I'm teaching more and trying to find new teachers while trying to run the business. Why can't I find reliable teachers? Help!
