Chloe Sutton is the founder and head personal trainer of The Self Care Sisterhood. She believes all humans deserve access to movement in a way that feels safe, empowering, and rooted in body trust.
She’s passionate about helping people who are chronically ill, neurodivergent, or living with disability access life-giving movement at their own pace. Drawing from her own lived experience, Chloe supports others in a studio environment free from diet culture, body shame, and fatphobia.
