In this episode I'm joined by fellow EFT practitioner Sarah Tobin to talk all things tapping.
Sarah found EFT while suffering from severe PTSD following the loss of her first baby Alice, back in November 2014.Ā
Her first session with a therapist was so life changing that she decided to train as an EFT practitioner so that she could share this effective technique with as many people as possible.Ā
Sarah now has a thriving business helping people using EFT.Ā SheĀ has gone on toĀ qualify as an EFT Trainer and trains groups of people in Ireland and the UK to become EFT Practitioners.
