Amy Crellin became a mum at 22 and a single mum at 24. In this episode we chat about some of the challenges of finding balance with the other parent and the initial fear of becoming a single mum. Amy talks us through her living dynamic, where she has chosen to live with her parents to lessen the financial load and as a result be able to quit her full time job so she can be more present with her children. Amy is deeply committed to her health and fitness, using it as her own personal therapy.
