A Healthy Plate to Support ADHD with Andrea Daigle

The foundation of health is diet and balanced nutrition. But sometimes, especially when first starting out, it is difficult to know how to balance the plate. In this episode of the Soaring Child, Andrea Daigle breaks it down for us. How do I create a healthy, balanced plate? How do I know how much protein, how many vegetables, how much fruit, etc?

Andrea Daigle is a regular on the show and part of the ADHD Thrive Institute team. She's a board certified holistic health practitioner and also an FDNP. She has worked with children who have behavioral disorders and learning disabilities for many years. She specializes in coaching families through implementing diet and nutrition changes, including helping with meal planning, creating buy-in, maximizing time in the kitchen, and so much more.

She's also proficient in interpreting labs, customizing diet and supplement protocols, and supporting our wonderful clients through their natural healing journey. Andrea is also a mom who has been through this journey herself, so she knows exactly what steps are necessary to find success.
