Kathy Strahan has always been a teacher at heart. Even as a small child when any one was feeling ill she always felt a need to help by massaging a headache away, being a good listener, or helping to find the right information to make things better.

Simply by being who she is, Kathy inspires those around her to be their best selves. You see, Kathy has been totally blind since age two. Clearly she faces life with great courage.

Kathy knows a great deal about overcoming fears, and making the best of any situation, even serious health issues. Kathy has also had to overcome some serious health challenges such as unexplained digestive issues, chronic pain, and even persistent panic attacks. Now at 56 she is enjoying vibrant health through natural health regimes she can’t wait to share with you.
