What If I told you that I was able to grow my wedding stationery business to $300k in yearly revenue by only offering 3 paper types, 95% digital printing and really none of the fancy upgrades. Because let me break it down - the more variables you add the more complicated things get. Finding vendors, sourcing material, production time, production process, quoting, even things like encouraging your couples to make a decision or say yes to working with you.
KEEP IT SIMPLE. And I know in an industry like the wedding industry this isn’t always easy. People want what they want and new trends are popping up all the time. It can be so easy to hop from one thing to the next and lose sight of how you want to run your business.
