This week, I was reminded of something I think all of us face at some point — that sting of unsolicited criticism. I was doing what I always do: showing up for my community, sharing something I’ve worked hard on, and out of nowhere… someone jumped in with a comment questioning my integrity.
You’ll hear the full story in this episode — including how one comment on a bow-making course (yes, bows!) triggered a much deeper realization in me. This episode isn’t just about dealing with negativity online — it’s about the inner work of staying rooted in your truth, protecting your energy, and choosing your response from love, not ego.
I’m sharing how I moved through it, what helped me shift back into peace, and how we can all respond in ways that reflect who we really are — not who we feel pressured to be in the moment.
Whether you’re new to running a business or you’ve been in the game a while, this episode will help you navigate criticism with confidence, compassion, and grace.
In this episode, I talk about:
If you’ve ever felt like shrinking to stay safe or silencing yourself to avoid criticism, this one’s for you.
✨ Take a deep breath. You are not here to play small.
If this episode spoke to you, would you pass it along to a friend who might need the same reminder?
And if you feel called, I’d love it if you’d leave a quick review at
