It can be hard at times to keep shining your light when the world feels a bit more chaotic every day. I was guided to create a meditation to help us tap into our light and our solar plexus which is where this light resides. If you feel like your light is becoming a bit dim or you need some oxygen to feed the flame, you can return to this meditation time and time again.

It’s officially the Christmas season in my home. I love this time of year! It always fills me up with so much hope and happiness. 

Have you ever gone to a Christmas Market in your city or maybe one while you were traveling?

This is one of the things that’s on my bucket list to do before I die. My dream is to travel around during the month of December and visit various Christmas Markets all over the world.
