J-L Bolton is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and the founder of Rise-Up, HEALthy-self. She is a veteran of the Direct Sales Industry where she led her organization to the top 2% of the company and received numerous accolades and awards.
After a stint with breast cancer, she felt a strong calling to pivot and support others in their journey to heal and prevent illness and pursued course-work at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition out of New York City. There, she studied the ins and outs of holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as innovative coaching methods, personal development, goal-setting, and much more. She also has a passion for brain health and is personally committed to researching holistic methods to aid in the avoidance and destruction of brain fog as Alzheimer’s disease runs in her family.
She’s married to her BFF, Ken Bolton, and is the mother of 2 adult children - Kenny the 3rd and Annika. Ken & J-L currently reside in Melbourne, FL with their 2 fur babies - Kyra & Cinnamon.
